This sweepstakes is conducted by SAGE, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation under the laws of the State of California. DATES: This Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on March 1, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on March 31, 2026. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply and in all cases void where prohibited. SAGE employees, Board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. ENTERING: No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or donation does not improve your chances of winning. Donations made to a sweepstakes may not be tax-deductible in your jurisdiction and the winner’s prize may be taxable in your jurisdiction. Consult a tax professional. You agree that SAGE is not providing any accounting, tax, or legal advice. To enter without purchase, you may mail a handwritten letter to: SAGE, 27 W Anapamu St #248, Santa Barbara, CA 93101, containing (1) your full name (if a minor, your parent/legal guardian’s name is required); (2) mailing address, including street address, city, state/district, and zip code (P.O. Boxes not accepted); (3) phone number; (4) email address; (5) date of birth; and (6) a statement that, “I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules for the SAGE sweepstakes.” All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on March 31, 2025 to be considered for the drawing. Only 1 completed form can be submitted per 1 envelope. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. SAGE, its Board of Directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible, which will be deemed invalid and disqualified. Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via phone and/or email provided. To be eligible to receive a prize, all entrants must have an address on file with SAGE or have provided an address when prompted at the time of entry. If an entrant has an incomplete address, the entrant will be disqualified, and an alternate prize winner will be selected in a random drawing. The prize winner is solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance. The prize winners understand, acknowledge, and agree that the winner is receiving a prize and will hereby release and discharge SAGE, and any additional sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors and legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award and shipping of such prize. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one (1) prize per household. All prizes are non-transferable or assigned and no substitutions or cash redemption except at SAGEs discretion. SAGE and sweepstakes associates will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, SAGE and sweepstakes associates reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. Prize must be accepted by 5:00 p.m. PT on April 8th, 2026. Any unclaimed prizes after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to SAGE as a donation. SAGE, its board of directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or illegible entries which will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
